1. Can I share my account with someone else?

One passNMC account is intended for a single learner. Sharing login details can corrupt progress tracking, leaderboard rankings, and Readiness Scores, and it violates our Terms of Service. Instead, encourage your friend to create their own free account so each of you gets personalised analytics.


2. Will I lose my progress if I change phones or reinstall?

No. Your quizzes, mock-exam history, and Readiness Score are stored securely in the cloud. Just log in on any device with the same email and everything syncs automatically.


3. How does the Pro subscription work and how can I cancel?

Pro unlocks unlimited mock exams, advanced analytics, and the upcoming NCLEX pack. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To cancel:

Settings app → Apple IDSubscriptionspassNMCCancel. You’ll keep Pro features until the current billing period ends and won’t be charged again.
